Please read our Parental Guidelines before coming to classes and workshops.

Can I park near the studio? There is usually on street parking, some venues will have their own private car park.

Can someone else other than me pick up my child from Creative Movements events? We will need a name and contact number of the person collecting the child.

Do parents stay? Under 3 years of age, children must be accompanied. Over 3 years there is a choice to stay or drop off. A mobile number must be left with the teacher in this case.

How do I book in? All Creative Movements events need be booked and paid for prior to the start of term via our online booking system. Exception is for those attending a free trial.  

Can I make up a class if I miss one? You may make up for a missed class if there is space available in another class. Please book this ahead, don’t just turn up.  Replacement classes are not transferrable between locations and must be made up within that same term.

What if my child has a medical condition that needs attention during classes or workshops? Creative Movements administers no medication in any events. If your child has allergies or other medical conditions, this must be noted on your booking form and the parent or guardian must remain with the child throughout the session - for all ages. You MUST notify the teacher of any allergies or medical conditions.

Creative Movements will not administer medication in any events.

Special needs - If your child has mild special needs, you, or a guardian must stay with him/her through out the session or workshop.

Can my child have a snack during class? No food during classes. Snacks you provide are allowed during workshops. In consideration for children with allergies, please do not pack anything that contains nuts. 

Will my child be photographed during classes? Yes, Creative Movements occasionally has photographers in the studio. Photographs may be used on our own website or for promotional purposes. Please notify Creative Movements if you do not want your child to be photographed.
